I’m Sahana Verma, a lifelong lover of Indian food and a proud daughter of a kitchen full of aromas and laughter. Though I now live in Bristol, UK, my heart remains rooted in the flavors of my childhood—my grandmother’s hand-ground masalas, my mother’s slow-simmered dals, and the joy of sharing meals with loved ones. Milk & More began as a personal blog to preserve those memories and has grown into a space where anyone, anywhere, can bring a taste of India into their home.

Why This Website Exists
